The EMEA Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer will provide support to the EMEA Recruiting teams in a shared-services model. The position is key to the efficient operation and execution of recruiting strategy and solutions to meet company talent acquisition goals in EMEA. We are seeking an entry-level, customer-focused individual that enjoys a high production, high volume environment.
Schedule interviews for candidates including travel arrangements.
Assist in the management of relationships with our internal customers/business managers.
Prepare reports and presentation materials for the local Talent Acquisition team and other internal stake holders.
Assist in the on-boarding of new employees once offer is accepted.
Assist with any administrative tasks required.
Focused on Direct Sourcing (as appropriate)
Identifies alternative sourcing opportunities for specific business needsWorks with all sourcing channels to ensure appropriate slate of candidates is available for open positions
Manage ad hoc projects for the local Talent Acquisition team.
Number of Years of Work Experience: 0-1 Years
• Experience with social media recruiting and social media marketing is a plus
• Customer-focus with ability to manage multiple tasks in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong English language skills required
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong detail–orientation with excellent organizational skills and critical thinking ability
