    Job Summary

    Position summary :

     

    This person will be part of a team of 3, delivering services to the Healthcare International sales team. Tender responses are key to execute the strategy to go direct in key markets. With a rapidly growing business it is key to execute on processes, on which this team will focus on.

     

    Principal duties and responsibilities :

    • Tender responses in English
    • Generate normal quotes and for RFPs
    • Manage Supplier/Vendor certification forms from our partner companies
    • Support and harmonize the approval process
    • Support and manage the evaluation/pilot process
    • Plan and implement projects that suppot the sales organization
    • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing

    Knowledge, skills and qualifications – 

     

    Education: High school

     

    Minimum years of work experience: 2

     

    Required skills:

    • Native or equivalent English - Essential
    • Basic German is a plus
    • Sales Ops/Sales Support/Inside Sales
    • Experience in responding to tenders/RFPs
    • Structured way of working
    • Good MS Office skills particularly Excel
    • Good team player

    Preferred skills:

    • Tool knowledge: SalesForce or other CRM
    • Knowledge about NHS and NHS procurement (Desirable)
    • Convey information in verbal/written/non-verbal forms in a constructive, clear and concise manner
    • Be attentive to all of our internal and external customers; anticipate and/or identify their needs and concerns
