    Job Summary

    Position summary:

    We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst who has a strong passion for developing insights, setting up analysis, and providing mission-critical information that drives efficiencies for the business. To accomplish this, you must have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, write effectively and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

     

     

    Principal duties and responsibilities:

     

    • Responsible for providing operations, administrative, and executive support to Vice President of Global Business and technical operations.
    • Responsible for review, analysis, and inquiries with respect to this information, including development and completion of management reports.
    • Prepares detail and summary level reports including written interpretation of analytic results for senior management.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly Excel reports as directed by management.
    • Create new reports providing statistical data such as averages, percentages, business growth and primary benefits/outcomes.
    • Track and analyze various types of data and present effectively.
    • Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports and then follow-up on all results.
    • Use data to create models that depict trends in the business operations and the customer population.

     

    Knowledge, skills and qualifications

     

    Minimum years of work experience: 3-5

     

    Required skills:

     

    • 3+ years of experience in the areas of finance, program management, business operations in mid-to-large scale global Organization.
    • 3+ years of strong Excel experience and the ability to conduct analysis of data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
    • Translate basic business problem statements into analysis requirements. Work with internal customers to define best output based on expressed stakeholder needs.
    • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
    • Very Strong PowerPoint, Presentation skills and packaging of information for Executive level consumption.
    • Proven analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
    • High attention to detail, bias for action and ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
