Summary: Learning and Development Specialist, Customer Enablement will report to the Manager, Internal Enablement. This role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of learning content related to internal role-based readiness across the Customer Success Organization. All content must be kept up-to-date in accordance with the product release lifecycle and specific role-related requirements. All learning collateral should reflect a solid understanding of customer outcomes as they relate to Nuance Healthcare Solutions.
The primary responsibilities of this role is to maintain existing customer facing learning content in all its various electronic and print forms. This position will support content creation for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video, etc.), but will be primarily focused on online content creation. This role supports our Customer Enablement Program as well as our internal team where needed and at your Manager's direction.
