    Job Summary

    Join a dynamic International Team focused on Implementing our   – Dragon Professional & Dragon Medical Product line  to our Professional and Healthcare Customers   in the Berlin / Leipzig region


    N.B Remote working role with up to 60% travel expected.



    • Manage deployment projects with end-customers mostly in German speaking countries
      • Project management from initial customer contact to system sign-off
      • Evaluate technical preconditions, manage sizing information
      • Design system architecture together with IT department at the end-customer
      • Perform system installations or support partners installing systems
      • Troubleshoot problems and track down root causes
      • Train administrators and end-users how to use the system
      • Evaluate system performance, manage customer success metrics
      • Provide product feedback from partners and end-customers to product management, development and account management


    Required Skills:

    Strong communications skills written and verbal in  German and English

    Strong Customer Facing / Service orientated  background.

    Advanced  Microsoft Windows knowledge  with strong technical understanding of Windows server and networks,

    solution oriented way of working,

    competence of problem solving in the IT environment,

    Good attention to detail

    Ability to multitask

    team spirit

    Willingness to learn,


    Preferred Skills:

    IT knowledge in the area of load balancing, and network firewalls, SQL database knowledge and Virtualized environments (Terminal Server etc.)



    Degree in computer science or similar or profound experience in the healthcare sector.
