The Presales Engineer position will report to the Head of Customer Innovation and Strategy, Enterprise ANZ. The Presales Engineer will work with clients and partners to solve business problems using Nuance products and services. Focus is on innovative solutions used by enterprises for customer engagement via multiple channels using speech and natural language technologies. The Presales Engineer will support 2 Account Executives in the designated region as the technical member of the sales team.
