    Job Summary

    Summary: The role requires the processing of contract signature for all revenue generating contracts in addition to all non-revenue generating "inbound" contracts that are generated in the International region each year.  



    • Processing revenue and non-revenue contract signatures for APAC, EMEA, Japan & LATAM through the Nuance CMS and other contract repositories
    • Processing original contracts for signature in Dublin and managing the DHL shipment of same - critinal function at quarter-end
    • Assisting Nuance lawyers with legal research for projects
    • Carry out administrative tasks such as legal billing and maintenance of Nuance’s contracts database
    • Assistance with documentation/tracking of projects
    • Provide support to lawyers in obtaining required contract approvals
    • Work closely with finance/legal BU for approvals (Revenue Accounting and Order Management and Marketing managers/Buyers)
    • Develop relationships with sales and appropriate business stakeholders to help facilitate successful contract signature and processing
    • Management of inbound contract process by liaising with marketing and other buyers
    • Other duties as assigned


    Number of Years of Work Experience: 2+ (although all candidates with relevant skills are invited to apply)


    Required Skills:

    • Proven track record of relevant on-the-job experience reg. outlined areas of responsibility;
    • Ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines and operate in a fast-moving environment;
    • Ability to multi-task whilst achieving accurate results
    • Can-do attitude and flexibility
    • Working for a US headquartered company is desirable;
    • Proficiency in MS Office and ideally a contract management system
    • Degree in law from reputable university desirable but not a prerequisite
