    Job Summary

    This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced Professional Services Project team. As a Project Manager you will take over the technical project management of one large or multiple smaller projects with one of our Automotive customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customer and will be responsible for project planning and execution.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage one large or multiple smaller projects, taking full accountability for project planning and execution
    • Coordinate technical project execution with Nuance team leaders and specialists in local and international offices (Europe, US and APAC)
    • Establish and maintain smooth communication and a solid and productive relationship with the customer through regular reporting, meeting and follow-up
    • Provide diligent internal reports on project status and revenue tracking
    • Advance Nuance Products and Services by getting our technology out into the real world
    • Contribute to research and technology agendas by providing input from customers and trends observed in customer project

     

    Qualifications

    Number of Years of Work Experience: ideally 3

    • Customer-facing experience managing the full life cycle of complex embedded technology projects
    • Proven skills in working directly with customers
    • Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision
    • Proven problem-solving skills
    • Dynamic personality and flexible attitude
    • Willingness to travel for short trips.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German is a must

    Preferred Skills:

    • Programming skills (C,C++, script languages) are an advantage
    • Experience with Automotive SPICE is an advantage
    • Experience with embedded software development is a strong plus

    Education: Master's or Graduate University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering
