    Job Summary

    Summary: Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director P&C, the individual will be responsible for supporting different Channel partners (Distributors, Resellers, Integrators) in the back office, as well as working on end user leads, generating opportunities in the targeted verticals and support in developing new resellers, partners and customers via phone. The individual will work closely with the Account Managers in the UK and potentially in France to develop the market and achieve the regional targets.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand customer needs and requirements
    • Close sales and support to achieve quarterly quotas
    • Research accounts, identify key players and an cold calling to develop new business opportunities
    • Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory
    • Generate and qualify end customer leads via SFDC and support partners in closing deals
    • Develop close relationships with senior management and individual sales at partners level
    • Day to day management and administration of tier 2 / 3 software resellers
    • Day to day management and administration of distributors
    • Internal sales monitoring & reporting
    • Educate and support sales staff of our resellers
    • Identify and drive projects at major accounts across verticals in collaboration with the local Account Managers
    • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing.

    Qualifications

    Number of Years of Work Experience: minimum 2-5 years relevant Experience in IT Sector Sales Support/Inside Sales

     

    Required Skills:

    • Software selling experience that reflects a channel sales model in the enterprise software space. This role requires strong channel partnership development experience.
    • Confident professional with the motivation and drive to succeed.
    • Experience of working as an Inside Sales/Telesales person;
    • Knowledge of sales processes;
    • Experience of developing mutually beneficial relationships;
    • Experience of working to specific targets and KPIs.
    • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages (German, French, Italian etc.) are a bonus.
    • Track record of achieving, over-achieving quota, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience of selling Software solutions,
    • Strong telesales capabilities,
      languages other than English (e.g. German or French)

    Education: University Graduate, business related degree, or comparable work experience
